to pay is the one you use.

Ans: The email address you use is your USERNAME

Q:4. How do I pay using Mobile Money?
Ans: To pay using mobile money (1) Go to
the MTN Mobile Money Menu – (2) Select PAY BILL – (3) Select PAY GOODS AND SERVICES
– (4) Type NV3- (5) Type the amount you want to pay, (6) Type EP plus your full
names (e.g EP JAMES MUKASA). We will then send you a username and password to access
your digital subscription.
Q:5. I did not get an acknowledgment
from NEW VISION that they have received my Mobile Money payment?
Ans: We are in the process of automating
the process of getting a password after MTN MENU Mobile money payment. Right now,
we need at least 12 hour notice before implementing your request.
